Administrative Office hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Bus route service hours: Monday-Friday: 6:15 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and Saturday: 8:15 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

LOST & FOUND

If you believe that you have left an item on the bus, please call us at 920-832-5800. We will attempt to locate the item. Lost and found items are to be picked up at the Downtown Appleton Transit Center. Call in advance to collect lost items. Perishable items are disposed of immediately. Wallets and other valuable items will be taken to the Appleton Police Department within 24 hours of being found. Bicycles not picked up on the day lost must be retrieved at Valley Transit’s Administrative Office (801 S. Whitman Ave).

Valley Transit is not responsible for lost items.
