Senior Transportation Services
The Senior Transportation Service provides trip to seniors in Calumet and Outagamie County. To qualify, rider must be age 60 or over and live in the Fox Cities portion of Outagamie or Calumet County.
The boundaries of Calumet & Outagamie Counties: Cities of Appleton, Kaukauna, Menasha, and Neenah; the Villages of Combined Locks, Fox Crossing, Kimberly, and Little Chute; and those parts of the Towns of Buchanan, Grand Chute, Harrison, Kaukauna, Neenah, and Vandenbroek that are within 3/4 mile of the fixed route system.
Outagamie County residents may travel to Winnebago County for medical appointments only.
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Proof of Eligibility
Must show proof of age upon request.
Outagamie County residents should use an Outagamie Senior Certification. For information on how to obtain an Outagamie County Senior Certification card, please contact the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at 920-832-5178.
Calumet County residents may use a legal ID card, driver’s license, passport, birth certificate.
Valley Transit’s paratransit programs provide curb-to-curb service. The rider is responsible for travel to the vehicle for pick-up at the origin and away from the vehicle at the destination. Once near the vicinity of the vehicle, the driver will assist with loading, securement, and unloading.
The paratransit service above is not meant for emergency or urgent medical care transportation. Passengers eligible for medical assistance reimbursement must contact the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for transportation assistance. Visit: https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/nemt/index.htm
