RideMyValleyTransit.com is a website designed to provide live bus tracking, trip planning, real-time announcements and text message alerts.
This new rider website can be accessed from all devices. We encourage you to save this website as a favorite, and even create a shortcut on your Apple or Android device to ensure convenient access to real-time information on their routes.
Live Bus Tracking
Riders can now track Valley Transit buses in real-time, viewing up to three routes at a time on desktop devices and one route on mobile devices. A green circle with an arrow icon indicates a moving bus, a red circle with an arrow icon indicates a stopped bus.
By clicking on a specific stop (indicated by a purple circle), riders can see when the next bus will arrive – down to the minute.
Text Message Alerts
An exciting new feature, text message alerts, will keep you connected to route updates at all times. Texts can be set up for arrival reminders and/or any detours or notices regarding your route. To get started all you have to do is enter your cell phone number in the alerts tab.
Trip Planning
The website offers riders a convenient option to plan trips with the Arrival Times tab. Here you can choose your route, direction and stop to view estimated arrival times. You can also set text message alerts for specific stops right from this page.
Real-Time Announcements
See the updates and announcements that will impact your trip including detours and service alerts in the convenient announcements tab.
