WisGo Card

How to Use

Board quickly with a WisGo card. No more purchasing daily or monthly passes. With a WisGo account, you’ll be able to load money onto your WisGo card and it will be immediately available for use.

  • Tap Every Time You Board: When you board a Valley Transit bus, the WisGo validator will be to your right. Hold your card to the validator for a few seconds. You will hear a happy chime and green light if your card is accepted or a buzz and a red light if your card is not accepted.
  • Good For 90 Minutes: After you tap, you can board any Valley Transit bus and your ride will include a free transfer that’s good for 90 minutes. Remember to tap every time you board — the more you tap, the more you’ll save!
  • Fare Capping: If you tap again after 90 minutes, you’ll be charged for a second fare. You’ll also automatically earn a daily fare cap for that day — which means you can ride as much as you want for the rest of the day.
